Matteo performed different roles in communication agencies before becoming co-owner of Adam Integrated Communications – leader in the Italian tourism representation market. The Agency has been successfully sold to AVIAREPS group in 2014. After performing the Tourism Australia’s Country Manager role for 8 years (2008-2016) Matteo worked two years in the UAE as Director of Marketing and Promotions at Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, Government of Ras Al Khaimah.

Expert PR and digital professional with experience working with tourist boards, boutique hotels and luxury hotel groups, Lavinia has a black book of tier A media contacts in the travel & tourism sector.
Her experience has been forged by many years of working in public relations following clients - Tourism Australia, Qatar Airways, Carlisle Bay Hotel, Polish Tourism Board - from project's idea to the design of commercial activities, public relations, social handling, networking and co-marketing activities.

Cristina is an accomplished PR and marketing professional in sport/lifestyle/luxury wine and travel industries with more than 18 years expertise developing and executing all aspects of public outreach campaigns to increase media exposure and bringing marketing initiatives alive. She is adept at the full range of PR activities from brainstorming a project to the realization. Her experiences with different international brands - FILA, Nike, Puma, Cà del Bosco, Ticino Hotel Group) have given her the opportunities to study various brand approaches driving global campaigns and managing different partners, agencies, and PR teams across the globe.
