The Brief
To showcase Ecuador’s capital, Quito, along with the wide tourism offering presented by participating partners through a dedicated roadshow: two stops, in Rome and Milan, aimed at Italian tour operators and travel agents.
The Project
Tourism Hub supported Quito Turismo in organizing the event with the goal of enhancing its results and reaching a targeted audience of tour operators and travel agents interested in expanding their offerings on the destination for the Italian market.
The event was designed as a dynamic experience, combining one-to-one meetings and presentation moments with an interactive activity: a destination-themed quiz that engaged participants and offered the chance to win a trip to Ecuador.
Both stops recorded excellent attendance and strong enthusiasm, confirming the growing interest in a destination with extraordinary potential.
