The brief

Strengthen Aussie specialists community by organizing a bi-yearly incentive/training weekend 

The project

Tourism Australia boasts a close-knit community of highly specialized and qualified travel agents through the Aussie Specialist program. Every two years, as part of the incentive scheme, we invite the ASP on a full immersive weekend of learning, networking and training in collaboration with representatives of Australian states and territories, tour operators, Australian products and airlines.
The convention was held on 15 and 16 June 2019 at Desenzano del Garda  in Aquaviva Hotel  and brought together 100 qualified Aussie Secialists and 20 Partners. The engaging program of workshops, plenary sessions, interactive training activities, teambuilding activities such as boat tour on Garda Lake and a Trivia quiz about the destination and the final awards ceremony received a great feedback from all participants. Through social media, newsletters and trade media we promoted the event and highlighted the stong passion and commitment of this community, unique asset greatly instrumental for the promotion and sales of Australia.
