Tourism Western Australia Roadshow
Audience
Tour operators, travel agents
The Brief
Tourism Western Australia promoted a European roadshow aimed at showcasing the destination’s tourism offering to key players in the travel trade, engaging local partners across a series of strategic stops.
Tourism Hub managed the organization of the final stop in Milan, designing a tailor-made experience that combined training, networking, and targeted meetings, fostering direct dialogue between Western Australia partners, Italian tour operators, and travel agents.
The Project
The Italian stop was designed as a two-part experience, created to meet the specific needs of each stakeholder in the tourism value chain and to maximize the overall impact.
In the afternoon, tour operators took part in one-to-one meetings with partners, exploring concrete opportunities for collaboration and product development.
In the evening, the focus shifted to travel agents, with a networking aperitivo followed by a plenary training session dedicated to Western Australia, enriched by partner presentations.
To make the experience even more engaging, a final quiz rewarded the most knowledgeable participants with exclusive prizes, including travel and accommodation opportunities, bringing them closer to the destination in a direct and memorable way.
The value of personal relationships, combined with continuous training driven by a passion for travel and a format designed to be memorable and engaging, once again proved to be the key to a high-impact experience - one that optimizes every moment of interaction and generates tangible value for all participants.
